Conditional Use Permit, Rezoning, and/or Development Plan Amendment

NOTICE:  As of Sept. 25, 2020, our office is without a Community Development Director/ Zoning Administrator.  The Board of County Commissioners is currently advertising and looking to fill the position.  On September 21, 2020, the Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners put a moratorium on accepting applications that would need to go through the public hearing process, which includes Plats, Rezonings, Conditional Use Permits, Development Plan Amendments, and Board of Zoning Appeals cases.  Questions regarding Floodplain issues and Economic Development will also need to wait until a new Community Development Director is hired.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.  If you have questions about the process or applications for any of the above, please feel free to email our office.  Thank you for your patience.
