Forms for Reporting Annual Revenue and Expenditures of Various Tax Entities
Annual reports are due from the following taxing entities by January 30 of each year. They are submitted to the County Clerk’s office and kept on file. The reports are used to prepare the budget and also as a public record of the funds of the entity. (PDF versions of blank forms are available below)
